 I am Tracey Gardner. 15 years ago I had an idea…it was August 28, 2010 the day I opened THE first hot, dark, yogesque studio in Columbus Ohio.

At 52 I learned  anyone can get strong on the outside. The challenge is going into your soul. I knew my energy would inspire others on their mat and off but I didn’t know my energy would inadvertently trigger toxic people. I learned.
My mission to not only know better but to master myself.  Once you are good with yourself, everything else is just noise.
